Google AdWords User Lists and Google Dynamic Remarketing are products of Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4. Irland („Google“). Our website uses a pixel, which establishes a direct connection to the Google servers. The Google server receives information about your visit on our website. Google links this information to a unique ID that is stored on your device in the form of a cookie or provided by your device ("advertising ID" on smartphones). If you visit other websites that also use Google AdWords User Lists / Google Dynamic Remarketing this information will also be linked with your unique ID. We use Criteo, a cookie-based retargeting technology by Criteo GmbH, Unterer Anger 3, 80331 Munich, Germany, to collect information about the surfing behaviour of website visitors for marketing purposes in pseudonymised form. The protection of your data is important to us, therefore we have additionally configured Matomo in such a way that your IP address is recorded only shortened. We therefore process your personal user data anonymously. It is not possible for us to identify you personally.

We use Trusted Shops Analytics for web analysis, a service of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Straße 15c, 50823 Cologne, Germany („Trusted Shops“) using cookie technology. Your data will only be processed pseudonymised, it is not possible for us to identify you personally.

Opt-Out for all remarketing and tracking tools
After clicking the link, we store an opt-out cookie with an unlimited validity on your device. On our website there is the possibility to participate in webinars. When registering for a webinar, the data from the input mask such as name, company name and e-mail address are transmitted to us. In addition, the date and time of registration are recorded. As part of the registration process, your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) to the processing of the registration data will be required. This is because statistical data is collected and transmitted to us during and after the webinar. To conduct webinars, we use the GoToWebinar software solution from LogMeIn, Inc. which has been carefully selected and commissioned by us. It is bound by our instructions and is monitored regularly. The service provider is under contract to treat your data confidentially.
The user's data will be stored by the processor until the service contract is terminated. The processor is required to delete data, which are no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the contract, at the latest upon termination of the service contract unless there is a legal obligation to retain such data.
