Warning, unknown threat! If a PC displays this message, computer users can be certain that the security solution installed has prevented the worst from happening: the loss of private data and passwords or sending spam mail from their own email account. Many users feel protected from malware by their antivirus software. However, the only comprehensive protection is when so-called zero-day attacks, i.e. unknown malware attacks, can also be prevented. This is precisely where the behaviour blocker intervenes: It recognises unknown threats for which there is still no virus signature from their suspicious behaviour and disables them.
